COVID-19 has affected many businesses and resulted in the need for many to adapt in order to continue providing services. At National Epilepsy Training, we are committed to providing the same high levels of service for both our care and training services regardless of the situation. Our clients deserve and need nothing less from us right now during these unprecedented times.
For this very reason, we have been working on upgrading our technology and trialling video conferencing facilities and other remote technologies. We are now proud to be able to provide a variety of our care services and all of our training courses remotely. This is a facility that has been driven by requirement due to COVID-19, however, it’s something we have wanted to undertake for some time and will continue after the pandemic is over.
Our in-depth training courses can be delivered effectively via video conference. We can deliver to a single or multiple delegates, each of which can dial in from a remote location. Our epilepsy awareness video course can be taken as a standalone course or combined with our Buccal Midazolam or Rectal Diazepam add-ons (or both).
If you’re looking for something more bespoke, we can accommodate all requirements. Our course tutors are qualified, time-served experts who can adapt to meet your requirements. Through video conference we are also able to replicate the interactive nature of our face-to-face training courses and ensure there is plenty of time to ask questions of our course tutors in a Q&A session.
Unfortunately, not all care services can be provided remotely. However, we have strived to ensure that we can offer a range of care services that go a long way towards meeting the requirements of our clients, these include:
In order to provide the highest level of service possible remotely, we utilise as much technology as possible, which is tailored to suit the unique situation. This includes video conferencing, phone calls and email.
